Thank you for shopping with The Sculpt Studio! We make and ship 3D-printed toys, Montessori products, and beautiful accessories with care. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle orders, processing times, delivery options, and more.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are made-to-order to ensure the best quality.
- We take 1–3 business days to process and prepare your order before shipping.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
- During busy times (like holidays or big sales), processing may take a little longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We offer both domestic and international shipping.
Domestic Shipping (within [India])
- Standard Shipping: [3-7] business days
- Express Shipping: [1-3] business days
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide!
- Delivery times depend on your country and customs process (usually 7–21 business days)
- Some countries may charge customs or import fees (see Section 4).
3. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- You can track your order anytime through the shipping carrier’s website.
- If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in their country.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
5. Shipping Delays
We do our best to get your order to you quickly, but please note that delays can happen due to:
- Holidays or high-volume seasons
- Weather conditions
- Customs or import inspections
- Issues with the shipping carrier (lost/delayed packages)
- If your order seems delayed, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once the package leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is marked as “delivered.”
- If your order is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us for support.
7. Wrong Address Policy
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
- If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible.
- If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address or issue a refund for delivery errors.
8. Packaging
We use eco-friendly and secure packaging to protect your items.
- All items are packed safely and carefully.
- If your package arrives damaged, contact us right away with photos so we can assist you.
